You may need an account to access certain services. Provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials.
We may refuse account creation or suspend accounts if details are false, illegal, or violate our policies.
You must notify us of any unauthorised use at info@bricapital.com.
We conduct KYC/AML checks in line with CBN regulations. You authorise us to verify BVN, addresses, phone numbers, and other details via affiliates or service providers.
Transactions may require PIN/OTP authorisation. You are responsible for keeping authorisation information secure.
Cash loans are provided subject to offer letters and loan-specific terms. We may create a BRI Capital NUBAN account for you when you apply.
You may request account closure (with zero or credit balance) by emailing info@bricapital.com. We may decline closure if investigations are ongoing, loans are unpaid, or requests seem fraudulent.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. Such actions do not waive accrued obligations.
We do not guarantee platforms are virus-free. You should run your own protection software; we are not liable for virus-related damages.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach, negligence, or misuse.
Content is for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit materials without permission, nor use our services to build competing offerings.
We are not responsible for third-party sites or content linked from our platforms. Use at your own risk.
All trademarks, logos, and content are owned by BRI Capital Ltd (unless stated). You must obtain written permission before using them.
You may submit comments or feedback. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and edit such content.

Disputes should first go through our internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, matters may proceed via Nigerian courts or agreed ADR.
